It’s simple: Excellent early childhood education requires excellent educators.

Without highly-trained staff who have access to continuing education and development — and who feel valued and supported long-term — programs like ours crumble. Those who suffer most in the face of that loss? Children.

The current socio-economic dynamics in Teton County make it extremely difficult to recruit and retain sustainable, long-term staff at our nonprofit organizations. This instability is not only challenging on an organizational management level, but also causes disruption and potentially harmful ramifications for the children and families we serve.

In serving disadvantaged children, Children’s Learning Center, Jackson Hole Children’s Museum, and Teton Literacy Center need to raise a collective $1.62 million annually to realize these benefits for our children and communities. And collectively supporting these programs through the Champions for Children fundraiser triples your philanthropical impact.
